The building stock
Rowhouses, twins, and older masonry buildings that have been subdivided and reconfigured across a long life. Party walls are shared, floors are rarely level across a whole run, and the record drawings, where they exist at all, describe a building that has since changed. A scan documents what is actually there, which is the part a renovation set has to be built on.
What comes back
The same capture package as anywhere else: a measurable 3D walkthrough, ANSI Z765-2021 floor plans, a DWG export, a room and opening report, and 360 imagery. Drafted plans, elevations, and 3D models follow on the drafting turnaround. Rates are the published ones and the quote is fixed.
