As built drawings cost calculator
Enter a square footage, pick the deliverables, see the number. It is the same arithmetic behind the quote you would get back, not an average and not a range.
Minimum project size is 1,500 sq ft. Priced at the minimum.

Carries your configuration into the form. An estimate, not a contract: the fixed quote comes back within one business day.
Day rate is $500 up to 10,000 sq ft and $800 above it, because a larger building is a longer day on site. Travel outside the five boroughs is quoted separately. Manual MEP and utility measurements is a flat $450 and is not in the calculator.
Questions people ask while using it
- How much do as built drawings cost?
- It depends on square footage and which deliverables you order, which is what the calculator is for. The floor is $635, which covers a building up to 1,500 square feet. Above that, a day rate of $500 covers the visit and each deliverable is charged per square foot at a published rate.
- Is the number the calculator gives me a quote?
- It is the same arithmetic used to produce the quote, so it should match. Send it over with an address and you get a fixed quote back within one business day. That quote is the invoice unless you add scope later.
- What does the day rate cover?
- The visit itself: travel inside the five boroughs and the South Florida service area, setup, and the time on site. It is $500 and rises to $800 above 10,000 square feet, where the visit takes longer.
- Why is the point cloud free?
- It is the raw output of the scan and it costs nothing extra to hand over. Withholding it would be charging you for a file that already exists. Everything priced above it is drafting work done afterwards.
- Does the price change after the visit?
- No. The quote is fixed before the visit and it is what gets invoiced, unless you add deliverables afterwards. A return visit caused by capture conditions is not billed.
The full rate table, a worked example, and the terms are on the pricing page. What each deliverable actually is, and the file you get, is on what you get.
