The problem
The largest of three properties captured in one week for the same architect. Two full floors plus a garage side elevation the design depended on.
Outcome
Full capture package and drafted CAD delivered. The garage side elevation needed a short return visit to capture the exterior properly, which was included, not billed.

At close to 4,000 square feet across two floors, this is the upper end of what Vernier scans, and it is still a single visit of about four hours.
One honest note on this project: the first pass at the exterior did not capture the garage side well enough to draft an elevation from, so a second short visit was made. That is what the included revision round is for. The capture package and CAD were unaffected.
